This weekend we celebrated the kid’s 4th and 2nd birthdays with a farm party at The Art Barn in Canton, Georgia. They sure know how to throw a party and are pros at keeping everything on tight schedule. I much appreciated not having to worry about a thing! The day started with some major snuggles with a variety of the cleanest farm animals ever. There were donkeys, goats, sheep, ducks, bantam chickens, pigs, a very hefty bunny (10lbs) and one mean ass cat. Each kid had the chance to ride a pony; most for the first time. They created watercolor paintings under the shady trees. In the red barn, we dined on pizza, chips, fruit, veggies and cupcakes. Nobody touched the pineapple and ham pizza. Guess that settles that debate. We finished out the day with a hayride around the property. My talented friend, Drew photographed the event and beautifully captured every moment. Thank you so very much. We are also thankful for all of our friends who made the hour long trek from metro-Atlanta to hang.
The hay was very “pokey.” City folk!
Yes. Those are goats on a roof.
“Did we just adopt a chicken?!”
We all thought an a-list celebrity had arrived when Ms. Shekinah arrived. She’s something special…
The kids did art under some beautiful trees.
The cutest photobomb I ever did see!
Full bellies. Time for a hayride, minus the actual hay.
And my fav picture of the day. Zoe and her best friend, Genevieve. Cheetos ad?
So thankful for all of our friends who made the hour long trek out to Canton.
